These terms govern the supply of landing page creation and hosting services provided by WebsiteZoom.

1. Service

  1. We provide one professionally optimized landing page and hosting for as long as the subscription is active.
  2. Delivery time is within two working days after payment and after receiving all required content.
  3. Content Restrictions: We do not design or host landing pages related to adult or explicit content, betting or gambling services, casinos, lotteries, or illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities. This policy ensures compliance with applicable laws.

2. Payment & Billing

  1. The subscription cost is USD 5 per month, billed automatically until cancelled.
  2. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. WebsiteZoom does not store full payment card details.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  1. You must provide accurate domain details, content, headlines, logos, and required media.
  2. You are responsible for configuring DNS settings to point your domain to our hosting environment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. You may cancel at any time by emailing domaincart112@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing.
  2. No refunds are issued for the current billing month except where WebsiteZoom fails to deliver within five working days after receiving all required content.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsiteZoom’s total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months. WebsiteZoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Service Refusal & Termination

WebsiteZoom reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for illegal content, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

WebsiteZoom may update these terms periodically. Changes will be published with a revised effective date.

8. Ownership of Content & Usage Rights

Unless you supply the materials yourself, all landing page content, text, layout, images, graphics, code, and design elements created by WebsiteZoom remain its exclusive property.

  1. You retain ownership of logos, images, or text you provide.
  2. All content and design created by WebsiteZoom are licensed for use only while the subscription remains active.
  3. Upon subscription cancellation or expiry, you may not copy, reuse, publish, download, or host the design, images, layout, or content elsewhere.
  4. Permanent ownership and transfer of rights require a separate purchase and full payment.

9. Form Submission & Email Delivery

  1. Inquiry forms are processed through secure third-party systems used by WebsiteZoom.
  2. Inquiry emails are forwarded to the contact email you provide. Delivery depends on correct DNS and email configuration.
  3. WebsiteZoom is not responsible for messages not received due to spam filters, DNS issues, or external factors.
  4. Custom domain-based email delivery requires an additional paid email hosting service.
  5. WebsiteZoom may use third-party mail servers or APIs to process and relay form submissions.

10. Additional Services & Extra Charges

  1. The subscription includes only landing page design and hosting.
  2. Additional services such as multi-page websites, e-commerce, custom features, SEO, analytics, advertising, email services, and integrations are billed separately.
  3. Any work outside the base package requires prior agreement and payment.
